Sea of Thieves is a game made in 2018. It's about pirates and adventures on the sea. A company called Rare made the game, and Microsoft Studios helped. People can play it on computers with Windows and on the Xbox One. It's one of the first games available for Xbox Game Pass members. In the game, you pretend to be a pirate and do tasks for different trading companies. Many players can play together at the same time. They sail on a pirate ship and see the world through the eyes of their pirate. Sometimes, players meet and work together, and other times, they compete against each other.

If your pirate gets defeated, they go on a ghost ship until they come back to life. There’s also a special mode where teams can compete against each other to gather silver. But not many people played it, so the creators took it out later.
